The two towers share a city block with Southside Park in Brickell, a short walk from the Brickell Metromover station and the UnderLine, the linear park also designed by Field Operations.

What the Developer's View Photography Shows
The developer photographed the view from the South tower for three of the residences on its 2026 list. New buildings can change any view, and no view is guaranteed for any residence.
On the south side of Tower 1 the bay is bought with height. From Levels 35 to 40 the developer's photograph shows it in the gaps between the towers of south Brickell; from Levels 65 to 67 it opens across the horizon, causeway and keys included. If water is why you are buying here, compare floors before lines, and ask for the view shot of the floor you are pricing.
