The padel and basketball courts, the dog run, the playground and the water feature are listed under Southside Park, and the brochure describes the whole block as a public realm drawn through the park. Count them as a park you live beside, not as private amenities. The one space the developer's materials call exclusive to residents is the rooftop pool. With two towers sharing the rest, ask how each space is allocated before you weigh it in the price.
